1. Can we visit before boarding?
Yes, pre-visits are welcome by prior appointment only, so we can give you and your pet our full attention.

Pre-visit timings:
9:30 am – 12:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
(Please inform us in advance before coming.)

2. What are the drop-off and pick-up timings?
You can drop and pick up your pet anytime between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.

3. Do you cage or leash pets?
No. We provide a cage-free, home-environment where pets move freely. That’s why the pre-visit is important—to ensure everyone gets along safely.

4. You are quite far from where we live.
We understand — and many of our pet parents feel the same initially. When it comes to a safe, familiar home for their dog, they choose to go the extra distance.

We have dogs coming to us regularly from Bellandur, Whitefield, KR Puram, and even from Mysore, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad when families are visiting Bangalore.

5. What medical documents are required?
Please share a scan of your pet’s latest medical records before boarding.
The following are mandatory:

• Timely vaccinations

• Kennel Cough vaccination

• Tick treatment

6. Can you give medicines to my pet?
Yes, we can. Please provide:

• Written instructions

• The medicines

• A scan of the prescription

7. What should I bring for my pet?
We already provide blankets, bowls, and leashes.
You only need to bring:

• Collar

• Body harness (if used)

8. What if my pet has a medical condition?
Please inform us about any pre-existing conditions during the pre-visit.
Also share:

• Your local vet’s contact number

• Clinic location

9. Do you need emergency contacts?
Yes. Please provide two local contacts (friends or family) in case we need support during your pet’s stay.

10. Do you handle emergency boarding?
Yes. In case of emergencies, you can reach out to us any time—day or night.

• Several cab operators now offer pet-friendly cabs — we’re happy to connect you with trusted ones.
• Another option is to start early, drop your pet with us, and head back home before traffic picks up.
